Back at it again, ladies!! Blazers are my JAM! I feel as though I say this about every piece that I feature in this series, but truly, I have a real love for blazers. It’s one of those pieces I will shop for all year round. Blazers are certainly winter appropriate, and tbh, it’s a piece that we should have at least two of.

I would recommend that you have a black one, and a plaid, or patterned one. Black is just a classic, but having one with a clean, neutral pattern (it doesn’t have to be plaid specifically), will allow you to dress it up or down with other items in your closet. LOOK 1:

One thing you must do is play with colors this winter. Girl, don’t let this cold weather keep you in black, grey, and brown all season long. Wear the colored blazer, sis!

LOOK 2:

IYKYK. Blazer + faux leather joggers = whole vibe! I loved this look. The play of what some would consider more fall appropriate colors was it for me. This mustard yellow blazer and these faux leather joggers are a win! I added my favorite sneakers at the moment (thank you, husband), and you have a perfect sporty, but polished fit!

LOOK 3:

The classic suit. I purchased this suit (which came with a matching pencil skirt), from Nordstrom a few years back during their anniversary sale. Without question, this is one of the BEST purchases I’ve ever made from them. I’m wearing the blazer with the matching pants, but TRUST, this blazer goes hard with so many other pieces. Even if suits aren’t your thing, I highly recommend you invest in a good patterned blazer of some kind. You won’t regret it.
